Parts Room Administrator - Afternoon Shift

Details of this position:


  • Full-time permanent position
  • $18.70/hour
  • Afternoon Shift (2:30PM-11:00PM) Monday through Friday and some weekends if necessary


Your responsibilities will be:


  • Keeping the parts room and its inventory neat and organized
  • Completing data entry for completed PM's using our main Boss system
  • Receiving afternoon deliveries
  • Putting away any parts that were received during the day shift
  • Completing spot counts of stock room items as required
  • Helping maintenance personnel find parts
  • Making sure all parts are signed out
  • Performing motor counts
  • Completing oil level checks
  • Helping day shift as required
  • Performing regular duties without direct supervision and advising the Maintenance Manager of any issues
