Position: Parts Room Administrator

Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: Afternoon Shift, 2:30PM-11:00PM, Monday-Friday (weekends as necessary)



The Parts Room Administrator is responsible for keeping the Parts Room and its inventory neat and organized. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Complete data entry for completed PM’S using our Main Boss system
  • Receive afternoon deliveries
  • Put away any parts that were received during the day shift
  • Complete spot counts of stock room items as required
  • Help maintenance personnel find parts
  • Make sure all parts are signed out
  • Perform motor counts
  • Complete oil level checks
  • Keep the stock room neat
  • Help day shift as required
  • Perform regular daily routines without direct supervision

What you will need:

  • Steel-Toes Safety Footwear is mandatory
  • Reliability and excellent verbal communication
  • Basic computer skills
  • Some mechanical aptitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to lift 20kg
  • Attention to detail
